In order to meet the requirements of emission standards and on-line monitoring, a scheme of using 3# and 4# desulfurization towers in series is developed. After many discussions, it is considered that the scheme is feasible. From the end of May 2022, the No. 4 desulfurization tower will be internally cleaned by the production workshop, and the spray pipe will be repaired and reformed, as well as the smoke leakage of the external tower body will be repaired. After all the preparatory work is completed by the end of July, the series trial production will start in early August, and the exhaust gas emission requirements will be met, and the production will be monitored online.

Since the use of No. 6 desulphurization tower, there has been excessive emission phenomenon. After inspection, it was found that the distribution device was corroded, damaged and fell off seriously due to the corrosion of acid gas in the tower for a long time. After communication with the manufacturer and on-site inspection, the quoted maintenance cost was 380,000 yuan. Therefore, the company leader decided to carry out maintenance by himself. The discharge is normal after the equipment is put into production.

Dioxin environmental treatment equipment is added to the exhaust gas emission of oxygen enriched furnace, and 3 sets of treatment equipment are added according to the design of two furnaces. After debugging and the drug is put into use, the exhaust gas emission is tested to meet the emission standards.

The docking design of oxygen pipeline and original pipeline was designed from the beginning of July. Docking and drawing were completed in August for equipment debugging, and the single machine debugging was completed in November.

On July 19th, the circuit board disassembly workshop delivered power to the wire cabinet, and the transformer impact test was completed. At the end of the month, the personnel entered the factory to debug the dust collector and screening crushing system equipment, and the debugging was completed at the beginning of August, meeting the production conditions.

The application was submitted to the power supply department on June 21. The company upgraded the power supply to level 1 load and increased the load capacity of 10KV security power supply of one route to 3500KW, which has been completed.
